Table Ordering Instructions

You have two options for ordering tables, extra vendor passes, and Grand Prize Tickets:

(1) If you want to submit an order by mail, please use the "back" button to go back to the main page or use the link at navigation, download the flyer, and print out the order form on page 2 and submit it by mail with your cheque or money order to the address on the form,

OR

(2) If you want to submit an order on line and pay using a credit card or with PayPal, please fill out the form below, and click the "submit" button. You will then be taken to the secure payment page.

All fields marked with * must be filled out.

Your order and payment will be confirmed by email
