Table Ordering Instructions

You have two options for ordering tables, extra vendor passes, and Grand Prize Tickets:

(1) To submit an order by mail, please:

  1. Download our Hamex Flyer.
  2. Print out the order form on page 2 and fill it out..
  3. Mail the form and cheque or money order to the address on the form.
OR

(2) To submit an order online and pay using a credit card or with PayPal, please download and edit our order form. Send it as an email attachment to vendors@ham-ex.ca. Due to recent changes in our webhost environment, the online table order form and the PayPal checkout page are not available. In the interim, PayPal payments can be submitted via the PayPal Website as follows:
  1. Go to the PayPal Website.
  2. Make sure the "Home" tab is active.
  3. Under the "Send Money" drop down menu, select "Send Money Online".
  4. Follow the online instructions by entering the dollar amount, enabling the "Buy Something" option, and when asked, send the money to our vendors@ham-ex.ca account. That's it!
